Favourite Films/TV programs: Eastenders, The Last Samurai, Bambi, any films starring Schwarzenegger or the Rock Favourite Cricket Club Memories: First ever goal against Pembroke United and unlikely to be bettered even if he plays until he is 100. Sad to think that his best is already behind him. Least favourite Cricket Club Memories: 8 - 0 defeat to Templeton in 2003/04 season. Funniest Cricket Club Memories: Danny Potter being sent off for fighting against Uzmaston in 2003/04 season. Any game where he acts as linesman. Mark Thorpe choking on a rusk whilst attempting to run down the wing with the ball against Pembroke United. Things you would most like to change about Football: Offside. (How Danny can propose a change of the offside rule when it is obvious from his attempts at running the line that he is totally unaware of the current rules, defies belief). Winners medals (all sports): Young player of the year for Hook. Voted tallest person in his class 1998 - 2001. 'Worst dressed teenager in Haverfordwest' award 2003. Interests or interesting trivia about yourself or experiences: Danny's American cousins were the family whose real life experiences formed the basis for the TV show 'Bigfoot and the Hendersons'. He is an avid admirer of insect legs and has a collection which currently runs into the thousands in his specially converted bedroom. Danny has recently been awarded a lucrative sponsorship contract with Damart in which he agrees to wear and model, their skin-tight range of underwear. |
